Mar 23, 2009 - Scream Agency Flexes its Social Media Muscle with New Clients, Projects
Scream Agency announces Women's History award win, new additions to its client roster and guerrilla, social media projects.

DENVER, CO – Scream Agency, LLC, today announced the addition of several clients to its roster and new projects with a focus on social media, viral messaging and guerrilla tactics, as well as recognition for agency owner Lora Ledermann by the National Women’s History Project.

"As the economy continues to challenge businesses, this is actually an exciting time for marketers who we are taking this opportunity to implement some very creative, low-budget strategies," said Lora Ledermann, owner and creative director at Scream Agency. "We are working with a variety of clients on several different types of projects. We're delving deeper into social media and guerrilla marketing, as well as continuing with more traditional public relations, marketing and advertising efforts."

The National Women's History Project honored Ledermann as part of this year's Women’s History Month theme, Women Taking the Lead to Save Our Planet, for "her commitment to protecting the environment through business practices such as aggressive recycling programs and efforts to reduce waste" as well as her giving of professional skills for pro-bono clients. Atira Golf was established in January 2009 as a golf course management and operations company and chose Scream Agency to help launch the brand and create its Web site, as well as a launch press release. The company is made up of veteran real estate and PGA visionaries from The Atira Group and Universal Golf who bring years of experience in developing and managing some of the most prestigious golf courses in the world.

CSU Global Campus has selected Scream Agency for a rebranding and general awareness campaign as well as a Web site re-launch. The global, online university is the "third campus" of Colorado State University. The Web site will be re-launched this spring.

The Women's Foundation of Colorado (WFCO) enlisted Scream Agency to help execute and promote its "Fill the Purse" endowment campaign. This campaign will reach out to a new generation of donors and embrace social media and word-of-mouth as vital parts of a nonprofit campaign. Scream also recently completed a redesign of The WFCO's Web site, www.wfco.org.

Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver selected Scream agency to promote its BE GREAT campaign and National Youth of the Year Shonnetta Henry. Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver serves some 9,000 young people, ages 6-18, annually through programs in leadership and character development, education, technology, health and life skills, the arts, sports, fitness and recreation.

Scream Agency continues to work with the Save the Poles expedition to the North Pole, South Pole and summit of Mt. Everest in a 365-day period. In early 2009 Scream will develop a series of viral videos to raise grassroots awareness of the expedition. The expedition, led by modern-day explorer Eric Larsen, is to create awareness for global warming. Larsen recently returned from a trip to the South Pole (becoming just the third American to reach both poles) and he will begin his new, unprecedented expedition in November 2009.
