Scream Agency is looking for a talented and creative graphic or production designer to join our team on a full-time or part-time to full-time basis. As a B Corporation, we’re seeking a socially conscious individual who loves promoting purpose-driven brands and nonprofits. The designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective creative assets for our clients. The ideal candidate enjoys working with a team, is highly creative with a deep attention to detail and has advertising and digital marketing knowledge. The designer will have the support of an award-winning creative and strategy team to deliver high-impact results for clients.

About you:
You are enthusiastic and driven in all communication, and are deadline-focused. You can proactively manage timelines and deliverables. You have a great attention to details and can manage many moving parts. You want to work with a small and mighty team, and you want the opportunity to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Designing graphics for digital and print advertisements, website layouts, branding materials and marketing collateral.
- Assistance in the production management of jobs from concept through to final print production.
- Collaborating with our team to understand clients’ needs and deliver high-quality designs that meet their goals and specifications of advertisers.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are competitive and effective.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Skills/requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or production artist, preferably in consumer brands or with a marketing or design agency.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
- Experience with web design is a plus (primarily in WordPress).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Work environment:
- This is a full-time or part-time to full-time position, and employees must be available to work during standard business hours, Monday-Friday in Mountain Standard Time.
- We strive to hire locally and are currently looking to hire a candidate for this position based in the Denver-metro area, but will consider candidates from out-of-state.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $25,000-$50,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, PT vs FT, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
