Scream Agency is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. As a B Corporation, we’re hoping to find a socially conscious individual who loves promoting purpose-driven brands and nonprofits.

  • Owns key client relationships and builds client accounts by establishing trust and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work
  • Leads client calls and meetings to uncover needs, provide updates, and receive project feedback
  • Completes and maintains status documents and client reports
  • Supports the gathering of any required assets, documentation, and data from clients and other sources
  • Manages client projects from beginning to end and works with internal teams on timelines, internal and external communication, resources, and deliverables
  • Delivers project timelines to clients and proactively keeps documentation and project management/status updated
  • A trusted partner to clients who see you as their go to person to deliver all their needs
  • Active listening is the difference between a Client Partner and the role of an Account Manager
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in client/account management
